Why does the Pacifica Education Foundation only support grades K-8? What about the high schools?

PEF supports the Pacifica School District, which runs Pacifica’s K-8 schools. The high schools are managed by the Jefferson Union School District, which spans Pacifica and Daly City. Our mission is to first support Pacifica and the Pacifica School District. Longer-term, we would like to support, or help found another foundation to support, Pacifica’s high schools.
