Why does The New Universal Catechism of the Catholic Church make the following erroneous declaration?
Jesus went out of his way to set up a hierarchy, the Apostles were the first bishops and priests of the Church. All those who broke away due to selfish ideals or greed didn’t look beyond the people who were Church. Jesus said he would be with the Church until the end of time and the gates of Hell would not prevail against her. The Church is the one that set up hospitals for the sick and dying and the Church set up the university system. The Church is not running a popularity contest, those of faith will go with the system, those that think they have a better idea than Jesus will go off on on their own tangents. Those of faith that saw corruption always did things within the Church to make it better they didn’t run away but towards Christ’s Church.
No matter how well a Catholic explains and shows the reason’s of our faith you’ll always go with the Chris’s of the world so why bother to show you your error filled thinking. I my self will from now on will avoid as much as possible your type and your accusatory questions that do not want a answer but are only meant to rev up the anti Catholics and there ridiculous comments.
