Interesting that Eugene does the usual, let’s take a quote and run with it out of context, if you are going to quote only the part of a statement that ‘proves’ your argument you are not actually using factual evidence, especially as you do not give dates to the quotes. The reality with this debate, one I have had thousands of times with religionists, is that they do not want to listen, are unwilling to move from the ‘God did it’ position, and refuse to accept sometimes even the most obvious evidence they are wrong. There is a clear difference here, the scientifict community spends most of its time on any subject in active research, new equipment, new procedures and new ways to investigate the way in which our world works are a daily occurence.
