Why does the natural halvah seem to be drier than the halvah that I’m used to?

Because our natural Halvah contains absolutely no granulated sugar, the consistency of it may seem more “flaky” than regular Halvah. This is normal. It will not have the same consistency as regular Halvah in that the latter is mostly sugar and dissolves on your tongue. However, the Halvah flavors that have more chocolate in them tend to be less “flaky” as they have a higher moisture content while still containing no granulated sugar.
