Why does the name of the data file not match the Metadata provided by the Publisher?

0

A generic process is used for the distribution of data from GeoSask because of the large number of layers that are available. This generic process directly accesses ISCs data repository where the information that is stored may not directly match the Metadata that is provided by the publisher. The generic process does not use the information from the Metadata to rename the distributed data. ISC is aware of this issue and is working to resolve this issue to provide more consistent data to our customers.
