The Mudbox Community requires that each uploaded item have a unique file name in order to prevent overwriting existing items on the community web server. As a result, items are assigned a unique alpha-numeric name at upload time to prevent such an occurrence. Any items you download can be renamed in your local user MudboxCommunity directory to a name more meaningful to you.
