Why does the mouse navigation not work during recording in some R12 forms?
A. In some R12 forms the mouse navigation may not work or the focused field may not change when the user clicks in a new field. This can be fixed by closing the form when it is first automatically opened in recording mode, that is before you enter any data, and re-opening it from the Navigator.
