Why does the military consider it a bad thing to have flat feet (so bad that they kick you out)?
I don’t have flat feet but my feet had hell when I did navy basic training. We had to wear these big, heavy, uncomfortable combat boots while running and marching for hours on end. (They’re worst when they are new and hard and stiff.) Many guys suffered from what’s listed here below as complications of flat fleet. I imagine someone with flat feet would be suffer even worse than normal and if he/she had to be carried by his mates that would make them more of a liability than an asset in combat. That would hamper and endanger not only them but everyone and most important of all, hamper the mission itself. “Complications of a Flat Foot In some cases, complications may occur.
