A. If you have EndNote open, close it. Open Microsoft Word and then open EndNote again. You should now be able to see the three Word icons on the toolbar. If you still cannot see them open Tools in EndNote and click ‘Show Toolbar’ and click ‘CWYW/Add-in’.
