Why does the message “OVER-LIMIT” display when attempting to clock in or out?
Five in/out punches are kept per employee per day. Once five in/out punches are recorded, the “OVER-LIMIT” message will display. The correct procedure is to generate a Time Keeping End of Day report each day. When the report is completed, daily records are cleared and new in/out punches can be recorded.
