Why does the message “form has expired” appear once I am already logged onto CBDNet and am entering notices?

There is a two hour time limit for entering notices on the Web. If you are not finished entering notices after 2 hours, you will be required to quit and re-log on, and, if you were in the middle of typing in a notice, you must start over.
