Why does the library need to take materials out of my chambers to update and/or why cant the materials be left for the clerk to update materials?
Updates that can be done quickly such as adding advance pams or updating pocket parts, are done in the chambers. The library only removes those items that take a significant amount of time to update. The library is contracted by the courts to update the materials, and is responsible for the quality and timeliness of the work.
