Why does the LDA Masterplan not include rebuilding a Crystal Palace?

0

As owners of Crystal Palace Park it is the responsibility of the London Borough of Bromley to decide the best use for its land. The LDA believes that its Masterplan provides the most practical and sustainable vision for the future of the Park. The LDA has an option to take ownership of the rest of the Park in March 2009, but this will be dependent on the outcome of the Masterplan planning application which was submitted on 1 November 2007. It is entirely open for any other party to submit a planning application to Bromley and to prepare the necessary business plan and statutory planning environmental assessments and arguments required to support this scheme.
