Why does the Jukebox display “Empty” when in fact the files do exist in the JB drive?

The Jukebox will display only files with the following extensions; song files (.mp3), playlist files (.m3u), and folder names. File extensions are required. Any other files will remain hidden and only accessible with the use of you computer.
