Why does the item say Available but when I order that item, its now Backordered?
[TOP] We don’t have a Point-of-Sale system at our store so usually when we run out of an item, its not until someone has ordered it that we notice. We try to keep the site updated with the correct statuses on a daily basis. If we know an item is coming in, we usually leave it set as Available unless it becomes apparent that its going to take longer to come in than we expected. We get Nike on the 1st or 2nd of every month, so if you are looking for a certain item, right at the end of the month or right at the beginning is your best bet to get the size you want.
