Why does the grey icon appear in the toolbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac), even though the Vianect® transmitter is connected to the computer?
The adapter is not detected. Disconnect the transmitter from the computer for a moment and then reconnect it. If that does not help, exit the Vianect® AIR Manager and then restart it. If that still doesn’t work, disconnect the Vianect® transmitter from the computer, restart it and then reconnect the adapter.
