Well, every Ultima required a fast computer. Even though Exult is just an engine that runs the ancient Ultima 7 it still requires a fast computer. Seriously, if the game runs choppy for you, try the speed setting in the Game Options menu and if that doesn’t help also play with the original resolution (320×200), try a different scaler or disable scaling altogether.
