Why does the five-point seat belt not stay in the loop on the seatback upholstery?
A. The concept is to secure the child in the seat but still allow “Freedom of Movement.” The loop is intended only to hold the seat belt conveniently in place while you strap your child into it. Once that’s done, you may remove the belt from the loop so your child can move about freely, comfortably and securely.
