There is no laid down principle for chosing the financial year which differ from country to country.Usually countries,who follow the British tradition start their fiscal year from 1st of April.Some othe countries start it from 1st of October.So,it is for convenience n tradition that induces people n Govt. to adopt a differnt financial year.
