Why does the entire download file import into a single ProCite record?

ProCite most likely used the first field tag to determine that there was a record at all. You need to specify how to identify the beginning of each new record, and possibly how to identify the end of each record. Find something unique that starts each record; it may be a number or a consistent string of text or field tag. Open the configuration file with Biblio-Link II, and from the Configuration menu, select Record Identification. Enter the appropriate header format. Then, make sure all the field tags have been added and mapped for this database. See the Biblio-Link II Guide for guidance.
