Why does the entire bank account number display now when viewing my paycheck on-line when it was masked out on the previous hardcopy version?
While the bank account number does display when viewing a paycheck on the screen to allow employee validation of their account deposit details, the entire bank routing information is not displayed. The Print-Friendly Paycheck button should be used when a hardcopy is required which will masked out all digits except the last 4 digits with astericks (*) the same as on the previously provided hardcopy version. We have requested for a change to be made so that the on screen display provide the same level of privacy for the deposit bank account number and expect that this will be implemented shortly.
