Why does the e-book reader claim that it is not certified?
The first time you are using the Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader, you need to certify the program. This means that you will be connected to the Adobe website and receive a unique ID. This happens only the first time you are using the program. Unless you have certified Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader, you will not be able to download any e-books. You must be connected to the Internet when you certify your program.
