Why does the E-3 offer underwater exposure modes if the camera is not waterproof?
Olympus Imaging Corporation is a global company and designs products for worldwide distribution. Some models include features intended for use in a particular geographic region, although the model may be sold in other regions. Olympus does not sell a corresponding underwater housing for this model in the Americas. However, the underwater scenes are included for the sale of this model in other Olympus markets.
