Try changing your security settings to ‘Medium’ by following these directions: Step 1) Go to your browser menu and select ‘Tools’ Step 2 ) Select ‘Internet Options’ Step 3) Go to the ‘Security tab’ and click the ‘Custom Level’ button then choose ‘Medium Safety’ under ‘Software channel permissions’ and click “OK”
