When the ADAPTER=(XML=Y) parameter is specified in IMS Connect, IMS Connect handles the conversion, and the dataset with the compiled converters needs to be concatenated to STEPLIB with the IMS RESLIB dataset. Because IMS RESLIB requires APF authorization, all datasets concatenated with it must also be APF-authorized.
