Why does the current HR System need to be replaced?
Implemented nearly 20 years ago, Brown’s HR System has reached its capacity. Making any change to the current system or adding any new functionality has become a significant programming challenge, and limits the University’s ability to improve or add new benefits and services for faculty, staff and student workers. A new system will address those limitations and support the University’s ability to progress into the future.
