Why does the cube in the Transformers movie produce bad energy?
It is not bad energy, rather, it creates Sparks that is the “soul/core” of a Transformers. It was mentioned that it is thelife source of all Transformers at the beginning of the movie. The berserk reaction from all the other transformers created on earth (the CPU, cell phone, vending machine) is probably due to the fact that humans’ technology is not compatible to the Sparks.
