Why does the CP.2 18/T3.6 not cover full-frame format?
During the design phase of our CP.2 lenses, size and “cine style” in terms of standard housing dimensions , standard focus and iris ring position had first priority for us. Therefore we did the compromise that the CP.2 18/T3.6 is vignetting at fullframe format for getting small and compact lens housing with a similar front diameter of 114mm.
