While you are running disk defragment, Kingsoft AntiVirus’ Auto-Protect is running to scan for viruses on the disks. The speed of these two programs differs to some extent, so the confliction may cause your computer to crash. We recommend you pause or disable Auto-Protect when you are doing a disk defragmentation. Please refer to Auto-Protect for the information on pausing or disable it.
