Why does the Company need an Industrial Supervisor and an Industrial Co-ordinator?
The role of the Supervisor is to oversee the REs day to day work. The role of the co-ordinator is to maintain an overview of the whole programme from a distance so that in the event of the Industrial Supervisor leaving the company, there is somebody who knows what the RE is doing and how the programme works.
