Why does the comcast install wizard setup window disappear?
You do not need Comcast’s software to connect to the internet. So I’m not sure what the problem may be. Best to reboot and see if it is working. Often after software installs the computer needs to be rebooted in order to complete the process. But this should have nothing to do with your ability to access the internet. Once you are connected to your modem, that should give you access to the internet.
