A. The certificate of analysis for minoxidil USP 24* states that it is a ‘whitish or slightly yellow crystal’. Depending upon the batch from which your minoxidil product was compounded, the color of your topical Xandrox solution might vary from colorless to amber from shipment to shipment. The color difference does not alter the pharmacological or biological efficacy of your medicine.
