Why does the calculated column for averages in my Grade Book appear incorrect?

0

Calculated columns in the Grade Book include the scores of unenrolled students when calculating statistics. Since these students are no longer enrolled, their scores should not affect these statistics. If students who are no longer enrolled scored exceptionally low on a particular assignment or assessment before dropping the class, the statistics for that assignment will not accurately reflect the performance of the class. Recommendation: Export the data and calculate statistics (eg. averages) using a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.
