Why does the Brand Approval Process utilize Wisdom, a Livelink application?
A. Since the Brand Approval Process often includes the attachment of large creative files for review, it was necessary to find an application that could host the large files. Livelink is the Sprint standard for Document Management and Collaboration and therefore we could leverage the existing license. Utilizing this application met our needs and was cost effective.
