Why does the BioTranz come with 2 test tubes?

0

When using the BioTranz kit, the produced specimen is placed in 1 of the test tubes and is mixed with the Test Yolk Buffer (TYB). The second test tube is provided as a back up in case there is a mistake with the first test tube. In rare cases, the specimen produced is too large for 1 test tube. When this happens, half of the specimen is placed in each test tube with half the amount of TYB.
