Why does the biblical God have variable emotions, based entirely on what humans do or fail to do?

Given such question, I’d like to split it into two.. 1) Why does the biblical God have variable emotions? Because humans created Gods and used ourselves as part of the model. Thus we planted some human characteristics into them, including variable emotions. The biblical God was just one of those man-made Gods. 2) Why are those emotions based on what humans do or fail to do? Because biblical concepts and stories were designed with a goal that people interpret and act with certain pattern and order. The stories condition people by providing positive and negative reinforcement upon humans’ actions by showing love and anger; reward and punishment; hope and fear. It is similar to how we teach/train our kids or pets.
