Why does the battery level indicator show 10% even though the battery is fully charged?

0

In Nokia N8-00 version 011.012 and Nokia C7-00 versions 012.003 and 012.004 the charging level indicator in the upper right corner of the screen may in some cases show continuously 10% charging level even though the battery is properly charging or is fully charged. The percentage indicator is not showing the right charging level in this situation. The correct charging state can be seen in the charging level bars in the upper right corner of the screen. If the bars show that the device is fully charged, the charging has been completed successfully. The issue has been fixed in N8-00 and C7-00 device software version 013.016 (PR1.1) and later.
