Why does the backup process gets interrupted when using Nokia PC Suite?
It is recommended that you restart your phone before making a backup. Some files in the phone’s memory might be open and Nokia Content Copier is unable to read them. Restarting the phone closes the files and makes them readable for a backup. • Press the Power button on your device • Select Switch off • Wait for the device to shut down • Press the Power button again to power on the device • Wait for device to start and enter your PIN if required. After you have restarted the phone and reconnected it to the PC, check that the connection between the PC and the phone is active before you start backing up the phone.
