Why does the backlight on my iQue 3600/3200 keep turning off when I turn my unit off?
A. Most likely you may be holding the power button too long which in turn causes the back light to switch to the lowest setting. To turn the backlight off, press and hold the power button. Similarly, to turn it on, follow the same process. When you turn the power off, be sure to press and release the power button quickly rather than holding it in.
