Why does TEOnline only support Microsoft Internet Explorer and not the other browsers, such as Netscape?
TEOnline is written specifically for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and above. There are many different browsers available on the market, but they do not all support the same encoding or document format. As a result, what can be viewed perfectly on Microsoft Internet Explorer may not be displayed properly on other browsers.
