Having an academy in Tamworth will benefit the community by bringing in investment and opportunities. The academy would be managed by Landau Forte who already have an academy in Derby and have a proven track record in areas of deprivation. Binging outside expertise into education in Tamworth will allow opportunities to share best practice and also help to raise standards and increase choice and diversity of provision.
