Why Does Sulfur Form 2 Covalent Bonds?

Your question is not very clear! It definitively needs to be be stated a lot better! Sulfur has two basic states, their are more, and they are Solid, you’ve seen and know that one, and liquid! NOW, DANGER, YOU NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TAKING IT TO THAT STATE! For when sulfur goes from solid to liquid it creates SEVERAL DEADLY GASES! They are Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Sulfur Trioxide (SO3), and (THE MOST DEADLY) Hydrogen Sulfide the atomic number it not on my mind right now! If SO2 or SO3 contact moisture they change to Sulfuric Acid and that’s where you get Acid Rain, and all Coal, Diesel, and Gas contain some sulfur! Or instant pollution! I don’t remember the exact method, BUT with water you can also make Sulfuric Acid, too! If you concentrate Sulfuric Acid to 100% it then becomes Olem! That’s used in making micro computer chips, and if you get it on you it goes to the bone morrow and you HAVE TO GET A SHOT OR DIE! Sulfuric Acid is also used in that process too! I hope that helped!
