TVI Express shrunk the offer. You can find statements that says “5-star”, “4-5 star”, and “3-5 star” hotels all over the Internet. However, the official (i.e. from TVI Express) offer is “3-5 star”, though it *was* at one time “5-star”. The wording was modified later.
