Why does signal loss impact recordings on the HD PVR?
On the HD PVR, when there is signal loss, the recording is abandoned – but it is still listed in the Playlist (it will be an incomplete recording). On the SD PVR, signal loss results in a partial loss of the recording, however the recording does resume once signal is restored. The limitation in the HD PVR will be addressed in a future software release.
