Why does ShowShifter not stop recording at the right time/3 minutes late?
ShowShifter adds three minutes to the end of a timed recording so that you are less likely to miss the end of your show. In some countries it is not unusual for TV schedules to be running a couple of minutes late. ShowShifter also starts the recording one minute early for the same reason. However ShowShifter won’t add the extra time if you have another timed recording scheduled during that time. You can change the amount of time allocated ‘before’ and ‘after’ a scheduled recording. Follow this procedure to do so: • From the Main page, click the ‘Television’ or ‘Video Files’ button. • Click the Settings button at the top of the screen (fourth from the right).
