Each license of ScanDBX comes with one year of email support and updates to the most recent version of the product. If this period has elapsed, you will not be able to install new versions of the product without purchasing a new license. You will also not be able to download the most recent versions of the Troubleshooting Wizard. You will still be able to use your older version of ScanDBX, but will not be able to use the most advanced versions of the product.
