Why does Rockview Farms milk taste fresher than other brands?
It tastes fresher because it probably is fresher. We are the last major dairy in Southern California to own our own cows and process and produce our own dairy products. That means, in most cases, the milk we deliver today came from the cow less than 48 hours ago. Our processing and packaging plant operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. The seventh day is reserved for routine maintenance and upkeep. Fresh, quality dairy products for our customers is primary objective.
