It’s very simple. Our business model is geared toward selling software to educational institutions, not publishing houses. Educational institutions are more inclined to obtain a site license of the Respondus software if publisher test banks are available in Respondus format. Hence, we encourage publishers to distribute test banks in Respondus format by providing the tools and technology publishers need to make it possible.
