Why does Remote Playback not work while both the connection to the server and the image display is normal?
A. Please check TCP/IP connection to verify that the server’s Firewall has assigned 8080 & 5550 port to DVR server since the Remote Playback function needs to download files for viewing. If the server does not open 8080 & 5550 port, the file transmission using TCP/IP will be rejected. This is assuming that you already have port 80 being forwarded. Q44.
