The most likely causes are: • Your Record or ShowShift profile is set at too high a resolution for your PC. Try setting a lower resolution. • There are other applications running the background. Try closing them down. • Your display may be set at too high a colour depth. In the Display Properties>Settings tab, try switching to 16-bit colour as this reduces CPU usage.
